Effect of airway wall rigidity on sound source of the crackle sounds

Abstract:
数値流体音響シミュレーションにより,肺クラックル音における気道壁剛性の違いが音源生成に与える影響を明らかにする.気相・液相・固相を連成した数理モデルを構築し,粘液相の液柱架橋を伴う気道閉塞時の計測点での音源を比較したところ,壁剛性の増加に伴い音源が小さくなることを確認した.これより,壁剛性が気道閉塞のダイナミクスを介してクラックル音発生に関与することを明らかにした.
