We finished restoration work. all user can log in a front-end server and submit a job as usual.
A number of jobs were affected by this failure. We will notify you individually as soon as the confirmation is completed.
SQUID has a failure at 8:30 a.m. February 22, and all users can not log in to the front-end server properly. Even if you do succeed in logging in, you will not be able to access the file system or submit jobs. Please log out and refrain from using the system.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We will inform a detail as soon as we finished an investigation and restoration work.
Please note that OCTOPUS and web application system/user management system, etc. can be used as usual.
