Note for the busy time and the end of fiscal year is the following:
 
Users can not carry the available node-hour over the next fiscal year. At the end of every fiscal year, our system is very busy. And we plan the maintenance during Jan 27-30 and another maintenance at the end of this fiscal year. Please plan the usage schedule.
 

If you apply to add the system resource of this fiscal year from February to March, we will publish the invoice at the end of March and send you it in April. If you have the problem of budget implementation or accounting, please counsult from the below form before add resource.
