We change the setting of an information mail from our system

When your job deleted for some reason, our system automatically sends an information mail to you. However, we will change the system behavior at May 26, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., for security, like the following:

Before
  • If you specified "#PBS -M (mail address)" on your job script, our system sends information mail to the specified mail address.
  • If you did not specify "#PBS -M (mail address)" on your job script, our system sends an information mail to "your mail address registered for usage application".
After
  • If you specified "#PBS -M (mail address)" on your job script, our system sends information mail to the specified mail address.
  • If you did not specify "#PBS -M (mail address)" on your job script, our system "does not" send an information mail.

Please see the following page for how to specify "#PBS -M". And we recommend specifying "PBS -m". Our system will send information mail when your job starts and end.
