内容:密度汎関数理論に基づく第一原理計算からCNT、グラフェンナノリボンの電界下における振る舞いの解明を行った。特に、欠陥を有するCNTへの電界によるキャリア注入の欠陥構造、廃校依存性の解明、グラフェンナノリボンの外部静電界への応答特製の解明を行った。
