Systems may be congested during the entire summer holiday period as many users submit large numbers of jobs before the vacations.
Especially for SQUID general-purpose CPU nodes, long waiting times are expected. If you want to execute jobs quickly even under congestion, consider shortening the job time or using a high priority queue.
