Abstract：ナノ・マイクロメートルスケールのエネルギー輸送現象を原理的に理解して表面特性などを用いて制御することを目的として，銅の伝熱面に付与したナノスケールの矩形構造が，固液界面熱抵抗に与える影響を分子動力学解析により調査し，熱回路網法でモデリングを行うためにSQUIDを用いた．その結果より，矩形構造の大きさや濡れ状態によらず熱回路網モデルによって，界面熱抵抗がうまく予測できることが示された．
