The D3 Center will hold an information session on October 29 (Thu) for the Research Proposal-Based Use Program, under which all usage charges are fully supported by the Center.

Overview

From the perspective of fostering and advancing research and development utilizing large-scale computing systems, the D3 Center invites research proposals for exploratory research with strong future potential and research projects expected to achieve significant outcomes through the full utilization of our large-scale computing systems.

FY2027 Research Proposal-Based Use consists of "Exploratory Research Project for Young Scientists and Female Scientists", "Large-Scale High-Performance Computing Project", "AI Research Project", "Project for Nurturing Student Competing with the World", "Project for Integration of Quantum Computers and Large-Scale Computing Systems", and "Project for Joint Research with QIQB" from every field of science. If your proposal is accepted, all usage charges will be fully waived.

In this session, we will provide an overview of the Research Proposal-Based Use Program and explain how to prepare a successful application, including practical tips for writing proposals. Individual consultations will also be available for those considering an application.
