A revisit to numerical computation of ordinary differential equations

Overview
Numerical algorithms should be carefully chosen in scientific computing in view of, for example, accuracy, stability and efficiency. In this seminar, we will revisit the basics of numerical algorithms for ordinary differential equations and then overview the classification and properties of the algorithms, including cutting-edge ones. It comes with a "free trial account" that allows you to use the supercomputer freely for one week.
Target
- Those who are doing numerical calculations of ordinary differential equations
- Those who wish to improve numerical calculations
- Those who want to learn various numerical algorithms and their characteristics
Note in taking this seminar
- This seminar is live-streamed online using online meeting tools. Please make sure you have an internet access.
- You are free to use "The free trial accounts" for the workshop for one week after the workshop.
