Getting Started with Supercomputers: From Login to Job Execution

Overview
In this workshop, participants will learn the basic concepts of the D3 Center’s supercomputer system and how to use it.
We will provide a free one-week trial account that allows you to use the large-scale computing system freely, making this workshop highly recommended for anyone considering research using supercomputers.
Any faculty member or student at a university or college of technology is welcome to attend, so please feel free to join us.
Recommended for
- Those who are planning to use a supercomputer for the first time
- Those who have basic knowledge of Unix (such as being able to use a text editor)
- Those who are interested in learning how to use supercomputers
Notes for Participants
- This workshop will be held online using a web conferencing tool. Please make sure you have access to a network-connected environment.
- Although this workshop does not include hands-on exercises, trial accounts for the workshop will be issued to those who request them.
- The issued trial accounts may be used freely for one week after the workshop.
