Overview
The SupercomputingContest is a programming competition for high school students that makes full use of supercomputers.
Ten teams (2–3 members per team) that pass the preliminary round will participate online and develop programs using a supercomputer. Over several days, participants will create programs to solve the final round problems. On the final day, the judging committee evaluates the accuracy and speed of the submitted programs, and the results are announced at the final presentation session of the contest. The final round problems are selected from cutting-edge topics across various fields of science and technology, and are adapted into forms that are accessible to high school students, allowing participants to take on the challenge.
