　September 5, 2017 : Call for proposal. Distribution of the documents for application of the project proposals.
　October 5, 2017 : Start of the online application submission
　November 7, 2017,17:00(JST) : End of the online application submission
　November 21, 2017 : Deadline of the printed application forms
　Beginning of February 2018 : Announcement of awarding results
　April 1, 2018 : Project start
