The Joint Usage/Research Center for Interdisciplinary Large-scale Information Infrastructures (JHPCN)
is pleased to announce the call for proposals for joint research projects for FY2025. We invite interdisciplinary joint

Benefits of Selection as a Joint Research Project

Access to Advanced Resources
Selected projects will have free access, within the approved limits, to advanced computational resources, including
batch and interactive computing systems, storage, networks, and visualization equipment provided by Hokkaido University,
Tohoku University, The University of Tokyo, Institute of Science Tokyo, Nagoya University, Kyoto University, Osaka University,
and Kyushu University. Additionally, the "mdx" Data-Driven Platform for Societal Creation will be available. -
Collaboration with Leading Researchers
The program supports the formation of research teams in collaboration with leading researchers affiliated with the
participating institutions. Participants can also expand their professional network by presenting and attending the annual symposium. -
Funding for Related Activities
During the fiscal year of selection and the following year, financial support may be provided for international conference
presentations, publication fees, and venue usage fees for research meetings (e.g., workshops).

An online information session will be held on November 29, 2024, from 13:30 JST. The session will include an
