Urgent : Supercomputer Information Session for Prospective Applicants to MEXT’s “SPReAD” Program (Apr. 28)

The call for proposals for the MEXT's program "SPReAD:Supporting Pioneering Research through AI for 1,000 Discovery challenges" opened on April 17.
 
The D3 Center will hold an information session on Tuesday, April 28, from 11:15 to 12:00, for researchers and students within and outside the university who are considering applying for this program.
In this session, we will introduce the computational resources and user support available for use in preparing and conducting proposed research.
 

This session will provide a brief overview of the computational resources and user support available depending on your research needs. If you are considering which computational resources to use or how to make effective use of them for your application, we encourage you to join us.

In addition, our regular Supercomputer User Orientation will also be held on April 28 from 13:30.
This session is not specifically intended for prospective SPReAD applicants, but it will provide an overview of the system, the application procedures, and basic usage.
 

This session may also be useful for those who are considering the use of supercomputing resources in the future.
If you are unable to attend the session above, we also encourage you to consider joining this orientation.
