Gas adsorption and electron transport properties of doped graphene

Abstract:第一原理密度汎関数計算を用いて、グラフェンへのガス吸着による電子輸送特性に与える影響について調べた。 一酸化窒素分子や二酸化窒素分子がグラフェンに強く吸着し、その結果、電気伝導度が変化することが分かった。また、電気伝導度は吸着分子の種類に依存することも明らかになった。
