In this page, the applicant is called "representative user", a user registered by the applicant called "normal user".

Use period

All group ends the term of use at the end of the fiscal year. If you want to use next fiscal year continuously, please apply "Application of continuous usage".

Limit number of group user

A representative user can add users to own group. There is no limit number of group user, but resource and disk usage are shared by group users.

Representitive user

The applicant of "First application for system use" is registered as a representative user, and representative users can manage own group resources and users. Also, a representative authority can be handover to the other user in own group.

Terminate the use

No special procedures are required to terminate the use. All group ends the term of use at the end of the fiscal year except the groups that apply "application of continuous usage". As a precaution, accounts and data are stored until the end of the next fiscal year. Please contact us when they become necessary after the end of use.

Users are requested to submit a report pertaining to your research achievement and progress using our large-scale computer systems.

    Update information

    An account information can be changed on User management system.

    Add/Delete group user

    A Representative user can add/delete a group user. There is no limit number of group user, but resource and disk usage are shared by group users.
    Also, A Representative user can change the Other user's information in own group.

    If the user to be added is a foreign national or a resident of a foreign country, please be sure to read the following "Request for Foreign Users". In particular, please note that foreign nationals must have an employment relationship with a university or company in Japan, or have been living in Japan for at least 6 months.
    For users residing abroad and foreign users

    An account can be transferred to another person. This application is assumed to be used when transferring an account that students will graduate is using to another student.

    Handover representative authority

    A representative user can handover the authority to another user in own group. After the handover, the former representative account can be used as a normal user continuously.

    Continue using for the next fiscal year

    All group ends the term of use at the end of the fiscal year, but groups that the representative user apply "application of continuous usage" can use our system in the next fiscal year continuously. Please note that the usage resource is expired at the end of the fiscal year regardless of whether apply it.
    When it is difficult to apply by the end of the fiscal year, please contact us.
