Changes to terms of service charge and coefficient (from April 2023)
We will make the following changes to terms of service charge and coefficient from April 2023.

We describe the main changes as below.
shared-use mode
a calculation method for Point
With the introduction of fuel coefficient, we will change a calculation method for SQUID and OCTOPUS point as follows
We set "1" as Seasonal coefficient and Fuel coefficient as of April 2023.Point consumption = Node-hours x Consumption coefficient x Seasonal coefficient x Fuel coefficient
Fuel coefficient
Starting from April 2023, we will establish "fuel coefficient" and set prices in accordance with electric rates. We will initially set it to "1" for 2023 fiscal year, and review it as needed throughout the year. We will notify all users separately if there are any changes.
Seasonal coefficient
We urgently set the seasonal coefficient to 3.0 from November 2022 because fuel cost is soaring. But it will be finished. From April 2023, seasonal coefficient will be set to "a value greater than 0 and less than or equal to 1" based on the system utilization situation in the previous fiscal year, in accordance with the purpose of the seasonal coefficient as in the past.
We set "1" as a seasonal coefficient in 2023 fiscal year.
