We have found that this will also impact the software LAMMPS currently provided.
 
Our center offers the following four versions of LAMMPS, each with different impacts and responses. Please check the details below.
*Listed by the module names provided on SQUID.

CPU version LAMMPS
(1) lammps/29-Oct-20: Not affected and remains available for use.
(2) lammps/2Aug2023_update2: Affected and will be reinstalled.
 

GPU version LAMMPS
(3) lammps/29-Sep-21.GPU: Affected and will be discontinued as it is an older version.
(4) lammps/2Aug2023_update2.GPU: Affected and will be reinstalled.

LAMMPS versions (2) and (4) will be reinstalled on Thursday, July 25, from 13:00 to 15:00. During this maintenance period, these versions of LAMMPS will be unavailable.
