Abstract:直交格子法を用いた数値流体計算により,血管内治療用コイルが留置された脳動脈瘤内の血流動態をシミュレートした.これにより,瘤と母血管との接続(ネック)部における局所的なコイル充填率の違いが,瘤内血流の運動エネルギの値に大きく影響することがわかった.
