Our Business continuity planning(BCP) in response to the Japanese government Emergency declaration based on the Special Measures Act

On April 7, 2020, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency in seven prefectures including Osaka, and the Emergency measures by the Osaka Prefecture requests to close off kindergartens, schools(elementary, junior/senior-high and specialized), universities and colleges, private tutoring schools, theaters, gymnastics, entertainment facilities (cabaret, bar, karaoke, pachinko) etc from April 14 to May 6. In response to this request, Osaka University is now implementing our decided measures regarding university activities for preventing further spread of COVID-19.

In compliance with the above Osaka University Activity Standards, the supercomputing team of the Cybermedia Center will move to "remote work", meaning that our team works at home.
