Information for using SQUID
We have the notice for using SQUID.
We added new applications for SQUID. And we added packages for LAMMPS. please see this page for a detail.
All users can transfer files with S3 and web browser(Next cloud). Please see the following page:
"sstat" command may output results too late. We are currently considering the measures for this problem.
We update the pdf manual sequentially.
Please note a margin between"elpstim_req" on job script and "actually execution time". SQUID assigns calculation resources based on a number of nodes and "elpstim_req" on the job script. If your specified "elapstim_req" is long, a wait time may long correspondingly.
(for SX-ACE users,) Do you have "ftrace" binary data for SX-ACE? You can not read this binary data on SQUID. But we can convert "ftrace" binary data into text data readable on SQUID. If that's what you want, please send "ftrace" binary data to us by July 9.
