We would like to ask you about general-purpose processors and accelerators for the next system of OCTOPUS. Accelerators are very high performance, but they reduce the overall number of nodes, which can result in expensive per-node hour service charges. Based on this assumption, which one comes closest to your opinion?

We would like to ask you about general-purpose processors for the next system of OCTOPUS. Today's general-purpose processors have increasing numbers of cores. Intra-node parallelism can be improved by using multiple cores, but since the budget is limited, the number of nodes may be reduced. Based on this assumption, which one comes closest to your opinion?
